General Return Policy

For all products (except processors and semi-refurbished processors), we offer a 7-day return or replacement policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if the product is defective, you can request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving the product.

To initiate a return, please email us at store@parapf.com with your order details and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the return process.

Processors and Semi-Refurbished Processors

Our return and cancellation policies for processors and semi-refurbished processors are more stringent due to the nature of these products.

Cancellation Policy:

- Orders can be canceled up until the point they are out for delivery. Once the order is out for delivery, cancellations are not accepted.

Return Policy:

- Unopened Products: If the seal is intact, you can return the processor within 7 days for a full refund or replacement.

- Opened Products: If the seal is broken, returns are generally not accepted unless in exceptional cases where the processor is found to be defective.

Proof of Defect

In the event you need to return a processor (including semi-refurbished processors) due to a defect, the following process must be followed:

1. Unboxing and Installation Video: Record a video of the unboxing and installation process. This video serves as proof that the processor was defective upon installation and that no user error occurred during the installation.

2. Proof of Defect: If the processor is defective, email us at store@parapf.com with the proof video. We will review the video to verify the defect.

3. Verification and Refund: After verifying the video and confirming the defect, we will process a full refund.

Refurbished Processors

For refurbished processors, the return policy is as follows:

- If a refurbished processor is found to be defective, you must provide a proof video of the defect.

- Upon receiving the proof video, we will verify the defect and, if confirmed, process a full refund or replacement.

Defective Products

Para Store takes responsibility for any defective processors you receive. If you receive a defective processor, even if the seal is broken, you can return it by providing the necessary proof video. We will process a full refund after verifying the defect.

Non-Processor Products

For all other products, we offer a straightforward 7-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with the product or if it is defective, you can request a return or replacement within 7 days of receipt.
